DO YOU QUALIFY?

Not every employer fits in well with GeoVisions. We think that we ask for a little bit more from you than other organizations do. This way we get caring employers who work with responsive students who appreciate your efforts. The result is a very successful experience for almost everyone. Some things we ask of you:

You need to commit up front to the approximate hours and wages you will give a student.
You must provide accommodations for students. The students will pay for their housing, but we don’t think it’s fair to ask them to find housing on their own when they arrive in the US and are here for such a short time.
You need to help the students when they are in the US. They want to know find out about places to go and things to see. They want to meet people their own age. They want to have someone they can approach if they have a problem. Basically, you need to care about them. Students usually end up being more like family to employers, and vice versa, than having just an employer-employee business relationship.
