And while you can buy Berthillon in a few places just as you come over the bridge onto the Ile St. Louis, you need to walk all the way down to 31 rue St-Louis-en-l'Île to get to the mother ship. The other places serve it up, but it is at number 31 where they actually make it and have been since 1954.
